Ever since I was a little girl I was drawing the things I could see all around me. My first inspiration was our dear family friend, Madge Bright. My mother and I would visit her many art exhibitions and as an only child I kept myself occupied trying to recreate the various works of hers in pencil. Overtime I gained confidence to do my own thing and began to explore the world of colour.

Born in Zimbabwe and grew up mostly in the UK but has since moved to Sweden and became a citizen. Here I fell in love with the buildings and vivid colours. This influenced my art focus and style, leaning towards the detailed look rather than the abstract and focussing on the shapes, lines and colours. I do however also enjoy plants, fantasy, montaging of objects, mind maps and recently moving towards the digital area of collaging victorian images.

I will forever be learning and growing as an artist, experimenting and doing what I feel inspired to do in that very moment. My biggest inspiration sources are Instagram, Pinterest or art galleries that I come across during my travels.
